The Cottage (sleeps 4)

This two-bedroomed home dates from the late eighteenth century. It has been completely refurbished, while retaining many original features, to match charm with comfort.

Nestling between the former stables of the old Castle Inn and the Great Yard cottages, the house makes a great base for you to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast, visiting fine stately homes such as Blickling Hall, or just enjoying leisurely walks or cycle rides in the quiet rolling countryside.

The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher and Belfast sink. The kitchen has a vast array of cooking and serving pots for when you are cooking family meals. Also in the kitchen is a dining area to seat four. Leading through from the kitchen is the utility room housing extra work and storage space as well as a washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and microwave.

The cosy living room with its comfortable seating is heated with a wood-burning stove and with additional electric heating. It has a television with Freesat and DVD player. Reading material and various games are also available.

The under-floor heated bathroom has a bath with shower over, and also has a heated towel rail. Leading from the bathroom is a cloakroom to store coats and muddy boots.

UPSTAIRS

The beautiful and airy front bedroom with exposed beams has a king size bed and storage for your belongings.

The twin back bedroom is suitable for adults and children alike.

OUTSIDE AND GARDEN

There is a small walled seating area just outside the kitchen to sit and have a drink or the south facing, detached cottage garden with seating where you can make use of the BBQ. Attached to the garden is the dedicated parking area and shed for you to store bikes.
