This is a spacious and light barn conversion on a single level, set in the open countryside of North Norfolk about 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. The property is set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. 

There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath and separate shower cubicle.

Washing machine – fridge – cooker & microwave – tv/dvd – wood burner – bed linen and towels provided.

Enclosed patio garden, summer house and garden furniture.

Bio-mass central heating and electricity are included.

Pub within walking distance (2 miles).

Strictly no smoking.  Up to two well-behaved dogs at extra charge, and not to be left alone in the property.  Electric car charging is not permitted.
