Snipe Meadow Barn (sleeps 4)

This sensitively restored property has been part of the adjoining farm since the 1960s, being formerly used to house farrowing sows and their piglets. 

No longer required for these purposes, the conversion in 2023 has maintained the upkeep of the building, retaining many original features, and given it a new lease of life.

One double bedroom with king size bed and an ensuite rainfall shower room, plus one twin room with single beds.  Family bathroom with bath and shower over.  Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area with large flat screen TV, large corner sofa, armchair, dining table with seating for six, kitchen area with oven & hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and washer/dryer.  Underfloor heating throughout, with individual controls in each room.

Surrounded by farm land in rural north Norfolk, you may be able to spot deer and birds of prey while sipping a sundowner on your patio. Cromer with its famous pier and golden sands is a short drive away as well as many other beautiful beaches on north Norfolk’s diverse coastline. The National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Hall are also close by. After a long distance walk on the Weavers Way or Norfolk Coastal Path why not treat yourself at the popular local pub or the renowned Gunton Arms.
