Home Again (sleeps 4)

Home Again is a dog-friendly 2-bed sleeps 4 Norfolk cottage, only 2 minutes from the town centre with market, shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants. Free parking for 1 car - if you know Holt well, then you will greatly appreciate this!

The spacious open plan ground floor incorporates the kitchen, lounge and dining area.  Also downstairs is the wet room with shower & toilet.  Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two singles.

Washer/Dryer – fridge - small freezer – cooker & microwave – tv & dvd player – outbuilding for secure cycle storage etc. - bed linen and towels provided.

Gas central heating, electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

The cottage abounds the Nature Area of Spout Hills, ideal for walks and getting close to the local wildlife.  Indeed there are many walks available including a longer one ending at the renowned Kings Head at Letheringsett for well-earned refreshment!  There is also Holt Country Park, or further afield the beaches at Holkham and Wells-next-the-sea.  The seaside town of Cromer with the famous pier is a short drive away, or take the steam railway to Sheringham.  Felbrigg Hall and Sheringham Park National Trust locations are also close by.

Sorry, strictly no smoking.  As with many character properties, ceiling heights and doorways are lower than today's new homes - please take care when moving around the cottage.
