Drewery's Farm Studio is a luxury converted barn in a small hamlet close to the River Glaven and in easy walking distance to the award-winning King's Head pub.  Before this transformation, it used to be home to the cows of a small dairy farm before becoming a commercial studio for a few years.  In 2019, a change of use was granted and the property was renovated in 2023 to become the luxury property you see here.  Set in rolling fields, this is a place to relax and really enjoy your holiday in Norfolk.  The Georgian market town of Holt is a short drive away, or you could go further afield to the City of Norwich, or to the coast at Blakeney to take a boat trip to see the seals, or perhaps go to the vast sandy beaches at Holkham or Wells.

The under floor heating will ensure you remain warm without noticing how it is achieved; the rainfall shower an indulgence to enjoy be it on rising or slowing down in the evening after a day out.  This is a character property yet with modern luxuries.

Outside there is ample parking on the gravel to the front of the property, and a good sized lawned area to sit in the evening sun and enjoy the view across the valley and the rolling hills. Much of the Norfolk wildlife regularly visits the fields and the garden so watch out for the occasional deer, hare or barn owl to name but a few.
